UK Delivery Services
At City Link we offer a variety of Next Day 'Domestic' services. Our complete range of delivery options ensure that your Customers can receive their goods exactly when they want them.
So what are our core service options?
Next Day Services:
- Pre 09:00 (delivery between 07:30 – 09:00)
- Pre 10:30 (delivery between 07:30 – 10:30)
- Pre 12:00 (delivery between 07:30 – 12:00)
- Next Day (delivery between 07:30 – 17:30)
For deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc we offer a 2-3 day delivery service.
Saturday Delivery
We offer a Saturday delivery service with a choice of three delivery options:
- Pre 09:00 (delivery between 07:30 – 09:00)
- Pre 10:30 (delivery between 07:30 – 10:30)
- Pre 12:00 (delivery between 07:30 – 12:00)
City Link Packaging
We offer all Customers two free of charge secure packaging options. The Linkletter has been designed to carry documents weighing up to 1kg and the Citypack will take any item up to a maximum of 10kgs.
Our Additional Services Include:
Priority Delivery
An early bird delivery service by 07:30 to major industrial and commercial centres.
Collect From Us
For people on the move, such as field sales or engineers, we’ll hold items at a specified Depot for secure collection by your nominated person.
Exchange
Our Exchange ‘Swap Out’ service combines the delivery of an item in exchange for another, with the returned item delivered back the next day.
Third Party/Remote Collections
This provides collection from any UK address and delivery to any other UK address that you specify.
Drop into Us
Designed for Customers with a mobile workforce whereby goods can be dropped into any City Link Depot for onward delivery.
Pallets
A pallet delivery service throughout the UK & Ireland Next Day, with the benefit of all of the timed service options detailed above.
