Collect your Parcel

Can I arrange to collect my parcel(s) from you?

You can arrange to collect your parcel(s) from your local Depot.

To arrange to collect your parcel(s) from one of our local depots, please use the Track your Parcel feature. To do this, you will need to enter your consignment number from the card our driver left you and then follow the instructions.

Sorry we missed you card

If you are collecting your parcel(s) from your local Depot please bring the card left by our driver together with two of the items from the list below:

  • Recent utility bill
  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Bank Statement

Wherever possible please bring at least one form of photo ID.
