Reschedule your delivery
Can I reschedule the delivery of my parcel(s)?
If we attempt delivery on a day that you are not available we will automatically try again the next working day (excluding Saturdays).
If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day, you can reschedule your delivery. Please use the Track your Parcel feature. To do this, you will need to enter your consignment number from the card our driver left you and then follow the instructions.
