Searching from within the browser

Add Search Provider Example

In both Firefox and Internet Explorer (version 7) the top right hand corner of the browser contains a search box.

Because a large number of our customers and consignees regularly search for tracking information on their consignments, we have added the ability to search for this information using this.
This provides the ability to search again and again without having to navigate away from the search results.

Follow the instructions below to find out how to add this functionality to your browser.

Internet Explorer 7

When you click the button below, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to install the Search Provider. Once you click 'Add Provider', it will be added. Once selected from the list, just type in a job number, hit enter and be taken to the tracking information for that job.

Firefox
