Appointment of New MD

As you may be aware, I will be leaving City Link at the start of September 2009 following an incredible 1½ years. I am very grateful for the continued loyalty and support you have given me and my team and I am very proud of what we have achieved together.

City Link is now performing extremely well in many areas and most importantly has been providing service levels in excess of 99% for many months now.

Following a rigorous recruitment process, I am delighted to inform you that Stuart Godman, our Sales & Marketing Director, will become Managing Director of City Link from the start of September.

Stuart is our longest-serving City Link Main Board Director and will drive the next phase of our development over the coming years. I am confident that Stuart has the energy, experience, capacity and Customer and Colleague focus to make City Link the leading carrier in the industry.

I would like to thank you for your support and commitment during my tenure at City Link and would ask you to continue to do the same for Stuart and the rest of the City Link team.
