Pro Forma Invoice
All consignments to non EU countries, including the Channel Islands must be accompanied by a Pro Forma Invoice. The Pro Forma Invoice confirms the origin, description, value and intended use of the goods to be delivered. Four copies of the Pro Forma Invoice must accompany all consignments to enable the goods to be cleared through customs without delay.

Authorisation for Temporary Importation of Goods (Repairs, Calibration or Loan) from the Channel Islands
All goods imported into the UK from non EU Countries including the Channel Islands are subject to import VAT and Duty. Where a Customer needs to return goods from the Channel Islands for repairs, calibration or loan they will need to complete an Authorisation for Temporary Importation of Goods (Repairs) form. Four copies of the form must accompany all consignments to enable the goods to be cleared through customs without delay.
